Refunds & Cancellation

Current status

The individual Financial Readiness Assessment is free, requires no credit card, and does not begin a trial or subscription. PlanBolt will not enable paid public checkout until final prices, included access, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation methods, refund eligibility, and support procedures are approved and published.

Future paid offers

Before any future paid purchase, PlanBolt will show the exact price and currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, included access, and any renewal, cancellation, refund, or trial terms immediately before you authorize payment. If an offer renews automatically, the renewal interval and the method and timing for cancellation will be clearly disclosed there.

This page will be updated with the final commercial policy before public paid checkout is activated. The terms displayed at purchase and rights required by applicable law will govern that transaction.

Cancellation access

PlanBolt will not activate recurring public subscriptions until customers have a documented way to manage or request cancellation through PlanBolt billing controls, Stripe's customer portal, or customer support. The effective timing of a cancellation will be shown before purchase.

Refund requests and billing disputes

If you have a question about an invoice, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, cancellation, or refund after paid services launch, contact admin@planboltai.com. Include the account email, transaction date, amount, and a short description. Do not send a full card number, bank-account number, password, or authentication code.

PlanBolt will review the request under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method; processing times will depend on the bank or card issuer.
